SAGE/Queens Walking Club

Members of SAGE/Queens have been walking throughout the five boroughs of New York City every Friday, weather permitting. This blog maintains information about these walking trips. In addition to our walking excursions, we go on tours of museums, art galleries, and other venues.

The Noguchi Museum garden in Long Island City, Queens is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax on a pleasant day.

The Museum opened in 1985, presenting a large collection of the artist's works in stone, metal, wood, and clay both indoors and also outdoors in the garden he designed.

SAGE/Queens Walking Club has visited the museum on a few occasions.

SAGE/Queens Walking Club

Each week we walk to various places of interest in New York City. We have visited several parks, museums, memorials, gardens, and much, much more.

Our group is open to new members - there is no membership or commitment required. We enjoy the good health it provides as well as a few hours spent with friends.
